My SuPeRhErOeS

We made capes out of a random flag my mom gave me, and it was a big hit! Great idea, Mom!

Aunt Bonnie, Gage and Harper came to visit us :)

Exploring Huntsville while waiting on the sno cone truck to open.

There was a little bridge we had to cross and Wyatt got scared. He sat down and would only cross in my arms. It was funny!

Greyson Turns Two/Gender Reveal!

July 10th, the boys and I traveled to my brother's house in New Braunfels to celebrate Greyson's 2nd birthday while Brad stayed home to work on finishing up the back porch (more on that later). We also eagerly awaited the surprise gender reveal of Blake and Krista's new baby. Greyson SLOOOWLYY ate his cupcake sprinkle by sprinkle to finally unveil the PINK cake! It's a GIRL! Yay!! Baby Butler #2 will be here around Thanksgiving and I think we should call her 'Smoochie', not Shanetria or LaFawnduh (uhhum, Blake). Just sayin'. Also, just gonna throw out there that Bonnie and I were the cornhole champions of the weekend, and can't wait to defend our 'ship at our next family gathering. Thank you very much.

Braylon had a good time playing with Hallie, Krista's niece. Such a cutie!

Sacked out on the living room floor at 6:30 p.m. DONE!

Playdate with Cousins

The Monday following the 4th, the boys and I met Emily, Luke and Tate at La Toretta Resort to spend the day with them. The resort had lots for the kids to do. The boys played on water slides, a splash pad, a lazy river, and an Olympic pool. We called it a day by 3:30 and the boys both fell asleep on the car ride home. They didn't want to leave. It was lots of fun hangin' with the cuzzies!!

Happy 4th of July!

We celebrated Independence Day with Brad's family this weekend, and we had a great time! The kids enjoyed the huge water slide, bubbles, baseball, ranger rides, fishing, ladder golf, ping pong, glow sticks, and fireworks! Sounds like a pretty awesome weekend if I do say so myself. To top it off, Chef Brad served up a BBQ for the record books and delicious homemade ice cream. :P

No, Wyatt did not fall. He's break-dancing.

I guess bubbles are more fun in your underwear.

Getting ready for fireworks

Wyatt was in awe of the fireworks and would say "wow, another one!" Or "BOOM!!" It was hilarious.
