Splash Pad

Today we went to the splash pad again.  I packed lunches and toys so they could play all morning there before heading home for naps. Always a blast for them...

Florida Trip

We drove to Navarre Beach, Florida and rented a beach house for a week. This is the third year in a row we've gone with Brad's family, and I think this is the first year EVERYONE was there. It was so much fun for all the cousins to be together, and all of us adults really enjoyed ourselves as well. It's always a pleasure seeing our boys bond with their cousins and make memories...which honestly, they may actually be too young to remember, but we will remember their happy faces and the good times we all shared as a family.  And even the not so good times...for example, Bob having to swerve into a ditch to miss rear ending a car in front of him, THEN blowing a tire as he tried to get back on the highway.

All in all, the drive and the time spent there was great! We rode jet skis, tubed, found clams and crabs, went to the "Big beach", shopped, played games, got snow cones, walked the pier and relaxed on the beach. More photos to come of our family photo shoot on the beach...

Greyson's First Birthday Party

This weekend we traveled to my brother's house in New Braunfels to celebrate Greyson's first birthday. We had tons of fun visiting with Blake, Krista, Gresyon, Nana, Papa and all of Krista's family who came to the party. Wyatt and Braylon loved the swimming pool and playing with Greyson all weekend.

Krista had their neighborhood clubhouse decorated super cute with the farm theme!

While Greyson was picking sprinkles off his cupcake one by one, Wyatt was literally trying to climb the high chair to get a taste of that cake!

Greyson loved the present we got him...his own personal splash pad.

Spur of the Moment

We took a "spur of the moment" trip to Rockwall last week. It was my Mom's birthday last Wednesday, and it gave us an excuse to hang out and have fun with family. Braylon says Mabry is his "best friend ever." She must be pretty darn cool ;)

Braylon made a couple friends at the park, including this cute little girl named Bonnie.

The kids had a blast in Mabry's escalade and swimming pool.
